Life Care Counselling Centre provides professional counselling and psychological wellness services, including but not limited to:

- Notifications and email reminders related to appointments

3. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website or booking a counselling session, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Life Care Counselling Centre.
4. Eligibility and Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during booking or registration.
- Life Care reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if any information is found to be false or misleading.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your booking details and communication with our professionals. You agree to notify Life Care immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected misuse of your data.
Life Care is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain account confidentiality or secure your communication devices.
6. Services Provided
Our platform provides access to licensed professionals for online and face-to-face counselling sessions. Life Care ensures that only qualified and authorized practitioners are associated with us. However, we do not guarantee the outcome or effectiveness of individual counselling sessions, as results vary depending on personal circumstances.
7. No Emergency Services
Life Care Counselling Centre is not a crisis or emergency service.
If you are in an emergency or need immediate help, please contact local emergency services, a hospital, or a helpline. Our counselling services are intended for non-emergency emotional and psychological support only.
8. Fees and Payment
- Fees for all services are listed on our website and may vary depending on the professional or session type.
- Payments must be made in advance for confirmed bookings.
- We use secure third-party payment gateways, and by using our services, you agree to their terms and conditions.
- Life Care reserves the right to change pricing or payment terms with reasonable notice.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
- Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments within the time frame specified on our website or as communicated during booking.
- Refunds are subject to our internal review and may be denied if the cancellation violates the stated time policy.
- Missed or late appointments may incur a fee or result in forfeiture of the session fee.
- Refunds are not provided for sessions terminated due to client misconduct or policy violations.

17. Termination of Services
Life Care reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the website or counselling services at any time if a user violates these Terms or engages in unethical conduct. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.
18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with proceedings held in English and seated in Kerala, India.
19. Severability
If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue in full effect.
20. Changes to Terms
Life Care reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through our website or via email. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
21. Scam and Fraud Policy
Life Care Counselling Centre is committed to maintaining a safe and ethical counselling environment. To protect both clients and counsellors, the following policy applies:
a. Prohibited Conduct
- Any form of sexually explicit, harassing, or inappropriate communication with counsellors.
- Verbal abuse, threats, or disrespectful behavior toward any staff or counsellor.
- Attempting to contact counsellors outside approved communication channels.
- Using false identities, misleading information, or booking sessions under false pretenses.
Violations will result in immediate session termination and no refund will be issued.
b. Payment Fraud and Misuse
- Chargeback fraud or false payment disputes
- Use of unauthorized or stolen payment methods
- Booking sessions with the intent to harass, record, or misuse information
Life Care reserves the right to take legal action and report fraudulent behavior to authorities.
c. Refund Policy Related to Misconduct
- Sessions terminated due to user misconduct
- Sexual or abusive behavior toward counsellors
- Misuse of bookings for non-therapy purposes
Refunds may be granted only if the issue arises from Life Care’s end or technical errors preventing service delivery.
d. Reporting Misconduct
Concerns or complaints can be reported to support@lifecarecounselling.in. Reports will be reviewed confidentially by our internal Ethics & Safety Committee within 3–5 business days, and appropriate action will be taken.
e. Legal Enforcement
This policy is enforceable under the Information Technology Act (India) and related laws governing digital safety, fraud, and harassment.
f. Consent and Agreement
- Maintain respectful and ethical communication
- Use our platform only for legitimate counselling purposes
- Accept that violation of this policy may lead to session termination and loss of payment
