Refund Policy

At Life Care Counselling Centre, we value transparency and fairness in all our services. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which payments made for consultations, therapy sessions, assessments, and related services are handled.

Registration & Advance Booking Fee

An advance booking fee ₹2000 is collected to confirm appointments.
₹1,900 will be adjusted against the session fee. Any remaining balance, if applicable, will be refunded after the session.
₹100 is retained as a registration fee and is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Consultation & Therapy Sessions

Fees paid for completed counselling, psychotherapy, or consultation sessions (online or offline) are non-refundable.
If a session is cancelled by Life Care Counselling Centre, the eligible refundable amount will be processed accordingly.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Patients are requested to inform us in advance if they wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Rescheduling is subject to therapist availability.
• Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the refundable amount.

Assessments & Evaluation Services

Fees paid for psychological assessments, diagnostic tests, and evaluation services are non-refundable once the assessment process has begun.
If an assessment is cancelled before initiation, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Online Sessions

• In case of technical difficulties during online sessions—whether from the patient’s side or our side – we will make every effort to reschedule the session based on mutual availability.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be evaluated only when rescheduling is not possible, at the discretion of Life Care Counselling Centre.

Career Guidance & Package Services

Fees paid for bundled services or packages are non-refundable once any part of the service has been delivered. Partial refunds are not applicable for unused sessions within a package.

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.
• Refunds may take 5–10 working days to reflect, depending on the bank or payment gateway.
• Any payment gateway or transaction charges deducted by third-party platforms are non-refundable.

Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional cases such as medical emergencies or unavoidable situations, refund requests may be reviewed at the discretion of the management.
